Yes, we deliver all our mattresses in a box for maximum protection, convenience, and safety.
- How long can I leave the mattress inside its box?
We recommend not to leave your mattress for a long time period inside the box as it can ruin its freshness and features. In fact, the maximum time limit for a mattress to stay in a box is up to 6 weeks. If you leave the mattress for more than 6 weeks inside the box, you will not be able to avail your warranty, and it can also ruin the structure and firmness of the mattress.
- What is a hybrid mattress?
A hybrid mattress gives you the perfect combination of an innerspring mattress and a memory foam mattress, offering the benefits of both types.

Our mattresses have been well-built and well-engineered to support all standard body types. Tests have shown that all our mattresses can safely support a body weight of up to 130kilos

Yes. All of our mattresses are suitable for children. In fact, we also offer special mattresses for your little ones.
- Can I use Anna mattresses on the floor?
Yes. However, it will be poorly ventilated.
- Can I use an electric blanket with Anna mattresses?
Yes, an electric blanket can be used with your Anna mattress. However, you should keep in mind:
- The electric blanket should not be more than 10 years old and should be in good working order.
- It’s best to place a sheet in between your mattress and the electric blanket, as well as a sheet between you and the electric blanket.
- Make sure to keep your electric blanket on its lowest setting.
- Don’t leave the blanket directly on top of your mattress.
